Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may get admission into some IITs but may not get your desired branch. But since you're a SC candidate, you can give it a try at the time of counseling. You can also apply for colleges accepting JEE ADVANCED score like IISER PUNE, IISER THIRUVANTHAPURAM, etc.
