Hello There ,
According to your marks , as per the previous year cutoffs your predicted rank would 3000-6000 . Most probably you would also clear the subject cutoff , so you have good chances to get a IIT seat . You can get good branches in iit like Dhanbad , BHU etc .Apart from that you can take some non core branches in old IIT also . You can also get IIST , IISER from your given marks .

I am guessing you are from the general category as it's not mentioned. It will be difficult for you to pass the jee advanced with your score in physics as it needs to be above a specific cutoff (which was 10 percent in that subject last year).
Your total aggregate score might clear the advanced cutoff but minimum aggregate subject wise score might not be.
Wait for the official cutoff to be released ,then we'll be in a better position to answer this.
You can find the colleges you can get with your jee advanced score from the link below

Good luck
As you have not mentioned your category but still as you have got 2 marks in physics paper then sorry you have not cleared the individual cutoff of JEE advanced and you are not qualified in jee advanced 2020.
Even if you belong to PWD category then still you cannot qualify because you have scored less than 5% of the individual subject cut off ( for pwd ) in JEE advanced 2020.
In jee advanced, you have to clear the minimum individual subject cut off and for each category the cutoff varies like for example, if you belong to general category then you have to score at least 10% of 132 marks in each subject and an aggregate of 35% of 396 marks. Then you will be said qualified in JEE advanced.
Now as you have scored only 2 marks in physics then you are disqualified and your rank will not come.
So there is no chance of getting any iit.
