You have not mentioned your category, so I'll briefly explain for the general candidates.
The cutoff for general candidates is estimated to be around 95. So your son will definitely qualify the examination!
But his rank, with a score of 119, is not going to be very impressive enough to get into IITs. According to the 2018 statistics, his rank would be around 13,000.
The total number of seats offered by all the IITs combined in 2018 was, 11,326. Even if he does manage to get some IIT, it will mostly be a lower ranked IIT with some lower branch.
For example, the cutoff for Biotechnology in IIT Jodhpur was 11224 in 2018.
