Hi Sharad,

Candidates can apply only through JEE-Advanced provided that they also satisfy the eligibility criteria as specified by JEE-Advanced. For admission to engineering programs through JEE advanced channel, candidates who have secured 75% marks (EWS) in their Class XII (or equivalent) exams are also eligible.

Based on previous years' trend, most probably with 2000 EWS Rank in JEE Advanced 2020, you will get some of the new IISERs.
