A Common Rank of 24000 and EWS of 3200 looks pretty dismal as it won't fetch you any seat in any IIT. The number of seats in all IITs together is just above 11000 . Also for the EWS category the number of seats resrved is close to 500 . Therefore, you don't have a chance to seek a seat in IIT.
As far as top NIT s are concerned, getting into good NITs generally require a minimum general rank of 20000 . Also EWS seats are also few in number, just over 7000 . Therefore, chances are very high og you not getting any seat in IIT or NIT. Furthermore, for super new NITs, the general rank required is atleast 50000.
