Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is highly impossible to get admitted into any of the IIT's,as the cutoffs for IIT's are really very high.

For getting admission in IIT your rank should be under 10000 but your rank is too high .So according to my knowledge there is no chance to get IIT based on your rank.
