You have got a pretty good rank in jee main. Now coming to your rank , if I consider the previous years cutoffs then you will not be able to make ee in pec in jisaka counselling.

But you will get it in the special rounds by csab counseling but it can't be confirmed as can highly depends on the no. Of seats available after josaa counseling and no. Of students participating in it.

So keep fingers crossed but I think you will make it in ee in pec.

If you are a home state candidate of Punjab chances are very high that you will get PEC electrical by the end of the 7th round as the cutoffs last year were around 35k for home state candidate. But on the other hand if you are other state, you may be on the borderline of getting into PEC as the cutoff was around 20k. The number of students applying every year changes, so you may have a chance.
