my jee main 2017 socre is around 190-200 which NIT/IIIT i can get i am from st catagory

Great you can easily get into IIT. Prepare well for JEE Advanced .
As far as your JEE mains rank is concerned you can easily get into some top notch NITs
I would recommend you to go for an NIT insted of IIIT
