See your rank is bit high to get you into any NIT or other government colleges. As you are talking about Narula institute of technology, the college is private which comes under JIS group and they accept admission through JEE mains, WBJEE or CEE ampai. And as per your concern you can get admission in this college with your JEE main rank. Hope it helped you.

Sorry, you can't be able to get admission in any government college with this rank. You need to improve your rank upto atleast 40000 to get admission in a good government college through Jossa. But now you have no chances of getting admission in a good college.
