my JEE main 2020 rank is 284228 and category rank 97364 and percentile is 74.0129969 an I eligible for jee advance

First of all the cutoff is based on the basis of marks which you haven't mentioned. If we consider your percentile and seeing your rank it might be not possible that you are eligible for JEE advance. As you have to score more marks in your category. The general curoff for jee mains 2020 was 84.
