78.8 percentile could fetch you a rank around 216876-243800 and sc category rank somewhere around 13000+ .now these are based on previous year analysis .As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc.you have very low to no chances fetch seat in nits,iiits.for nit durgapur as homestate the cutoff for last year round 6 closing rank for cse was 1987.you need a better percentile to fetch seat in cse nit durgapur.
