See its a good rank but not sufficient for getting admission in NIT bihar(patna), their are 7 level of counselling well you had to try it for once or you may try for another good college that can gives you your prestigious branch.
Go for MIT, LNJPIT OR VVIT.
Sorry to say you that you can't get admission at nit in civil/electrical with the above mentioned rank.
Hope you do better in further entrance exams
