Dear Aiushie, The eligiblity criteria for counselling in JoSAA is
Candidates applying for admission through JEE Main 2019 score must have secured higher marks than the cutoff of JEE Main 2019 for Paper I
Candidates must have qualified Class 12th or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of either Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject as optional subject
In order to get admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, general category candidates must have secured minimum 75% aggregate marks while reserved category candidates must have secured at least 65% marks.
So, as you are from obc, if you have scored more than 65% than you are eligible for the JoSAA counsellin. Otherwise I'm sorry to say that you won't qualify for counselilng.
