So, you really have a very good rank in category , and you are from andhra pradesh,so you will get home state quota as well, you have good chance of getting into NIT Warangal. You might not surely get the subject you want i.e EEE, directly through your rank. But you should definitely try for the JOSAA counselling and CSAB spot round , so you may have more chances of getting your desired subjects as well.
