since your CRL rank is very high therefore you will merely get any govt. colleges therefore in my opinion you should apply for Pvt. colleges if you want to persue engineering.
there are so many pvt colleges which take admissions at this rank but you won't get any scholarship at this rank.

As your All India Rank is nearly 2 Lakh,with this rank you can not get a IIT college if you are from SC but yku can apply for NIT and other state level goverment colleges.If you are from OBC you can only apply for only state level goverment college and if you are from General category you can't even apply for goverment college also with this rank.
