If you have home state quota in any Nit, Gfti may be you would get some lower branches.
But this also looks difficult and not possible.
Because cutoffs are very high.
I would recommend you to apply for some private University like Chandigarh University, Lovely Professional University,Graphic Era, Galgotia University or you can also apply for admission in private colleges which takes admission through class 12 marks.

As you have given JEE mains this year,. so you can apply at josaa counselling.
Because in josaa counselling any student can take part in this counseling who have given JEE mains .
It doesn't matter that you have secured low rank or unable to qualify the Jee mains, but still you can sit in josaa counselling and try your luck.
You can also set in CSAB counselling which will be held after josaa counselling but you will have to pay the csab participation fees.
So as your rank is very low then still don't skip the josaa counselling.
