Yes you may get admission in Government colleges in your state which are accepting admissions on basis of JEE main marks.Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .
Only use your rank of OBC category.
Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's.
