percentile actually doesn't reflect you category rank ..it all depends upon the number of student from your category sit for jee mains .and as per your percentile your general rank may be approx 1,65,000 and if even with this rank you fall under rank of 7,000 in your category you gonnabe there but form most celebrated branch like cse ece you need to be under the rank of 3500 .
if you are interested in brach like biotechnolgy chemical engineering than 7000 and a bit relaxed rank would also be fine .
and looking in to data of all the previous year and all i can say you have fairly chance t get in but keep patient and also go for csab round that will eally find way
