The cutoff for NITs every year is determined based on the difficulty level pf examination, the number of aspirants who appeared, the number of shifts in which the exam was conducted as well as the category.
According to previous years, the closing rank for the various departments under ST category went as far as rank 2000 in 2019 for a few departments, and 15000 in others.

Your rank (CRL) is to be calculated by following formula:
rank= (100-percentile)* Total no of student appeared in exam/100
As per the formula, your CRL rank is coming out to be 243322 approximately, where total no. of student appeared in the exam is 869010.
The sc rank corresponding the CRL is approx. 5000. You may get a NIT with this rank and with the help of home state quota.
