Your JEE Mains Paper-2 score is very low and rank is very high due to which you can't get admission in any government college. One needs to score above 130 marks in order to get a good government college. But don't loose hope instead try to get admission in any good private institution.

With a rank which is mentioned by you and your category it is not possible for you to get admission into any of the NITs and it literally becomes impossible for you to get into any of the NITs without having A home state reservation.It is better that you do well in other examinations and try for admission into other colleges which give you admission into by the means of JEE main score and you would surely have a chanflce when you take the previous year closing ranks.
