Congratulations, you can definitely get a seat at this rank with your HS Quota. According to the previous year cut offs of MNIT Allahabad, at this rank you can get branches like - EE, ME, Production & Industrial engineering, Bio technology.

But upto 7 round of counseling you can get only Production & industrial engineering at this rank. If you want better branches like EE, ME then should have to wait for spot round counseling. I would also suggest you to wait for spot round. In spot rounds, the ranks drop down with big margin. So, you can definitely get EE, ME for sure.
