And with this rank it's not possible to get any government college including NITS,IIITS,GFTIS,you can apply for state level engineering colleges,what you have to do is,apply for every state counselling separately.

The most of the government colleges of the state do not accept the jee main marks as consideration for the admission.
Only the most top private colleges will accept .
To get admission into the state govt college you need to write state entrance exam so that you can grab a seat in govt colleges

The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. As per the previous year cutoff, based on this percentile the chances seems less to qualify the exam or get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
