My jee main percentile is 57.2 and gen-ews rank is 33897.my 12th class percentage is 85.so can I get nit warangal in josaa counseling

No with this percentile you have a very low chance of getting into NIT. As ews is new category cutoff can vary for that this year and noone has exact idea about its cutoffs, but you can refer to previous year general cutoffs on the following link of NITs
