Well first of all it depends on whether you are from Delhi region or not.

For outside Delhi we can expect JEE Mains rank to be somewhere like

USICT CSE : 15K

USICT IT: 25K

MAIT CSE : 20K

MAIT IT: 30K

BVP CSE : 30K

BVP IT : 40K

These cut offs I have estimated for the first round. The cut offs will decrease as rounds progress.

For Delhi region students, you can add around 10–15K to each of the above cut offs.

Moreover for good colleges and decent branches within IPU, you need to have at least 60K for Non Delhi and around 1 Lakh rank for Delhi Students.
