My jee main percentile is 97.7 and rank may be 20000. CanI get computer science in any nit?

Yes there are a high chance of getting your admission in nit as you hav a great score and rank is very good as well.

But i suggest you to look for back up option as well so that in a rare case if you dont get an nit you have chances of admission as well after all this is a thing of your future.
