Hey,
As we all know that the official cut-off marks of JEE MAIN Exam hasn't released for the topmost and renowned Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTI) till now, that's why it becomes quite difficult to give any statement about exact cut-off marks of 2020 in those colleges.
In this regard I would like to recommend you to go through the last year's (2019) cut-off details through the following provided website:
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-gftis
After analysing the previous year's informations it's quite clear for you too that if you are a General-UR canditate, you don't have any kind of possibility to get admitted in any top and eminent GFTIs in India. Though every year the cut-off marks for these kind of institutions change state to state on the basis of several determining factors, still it can be definitely assumed that previous year's cut-off 17-18k can't be so much increased to become 79k this year. So my suggestion is to leave the hope for GFTIs.
However one thing I should mention here is that your rank is perfectly suitable for several bottom-esteemed NITs like NIT Meghalaya, NIT Bhopal, NIT Srinagar, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Manipur etc. If you wish you can try there.
Moreover you've enough probabilities of getting admitted in many top State Government Engineering colleges in your residential State (like Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Uttarakhand etc), so don't forget to apply for State Level Counselling procedure also.
You can also use Careers360 college predictor tool to know your admission chances through the JOSSA and State Level Counselling:
