According to previous year cutoffs and trends the min cutoffs of General EWS category to get into any college under JoSSA counseling is around 8,500 to 10000(considering increase of seats this year) but your rank is far from that range.Hence it would be impossible for you to get into any college under JoSSA.
But you can try for State engineering colleges and you can also try your luck in CSAB special counseling.
