My jee main rank is 14k(AIR) and I am ST category , can I get CSc in NITs ? And what is the fee structure in NITs?

And yes there is fair chance of getting admission into any nits or iiits.
If your mentioned rank is general rank then you will definitely get cs but if it is your the category rank, there is less chance to get CS.
