my JEE main score is 200 (OBC category) what can be the best choice of nit and branch for me as according to placements and scope of branch

In terms of branch, go for CSE if you're looking at placements with high packages. Don't listen to anyone who says anything otherwise.
For college, look at the rankings by the MHRD. As far as I can predict, with your rank and category, you should get into the number 2 NIT - NIT Rourkela.
