Physics: Be thorough with the concepts. I won't say NCERT is a must.
Chemistry: NCERT is the only book that can fetch you marks in this.
Maths: As people usually say, a lot of practice is required.

Past year papers is a must.

Note: I am enrolled to FIITJEE.
