it is based on your category ,you are from general category your chances are less and you are from other category you may have chances to get admission in dtu

No u can't get that because if u qualify it the chances of getting of good subject or college is very less(only for Delhi student)
And other than Delhi the chances are very very less
So hope u got the answer..

If u r from delhi region and belongs to obc categories then u have chance to get dtu
