According to your JEE Mains Paper-1 percentile your rank is expected to be in between 163168 - 183425. With this rank it is difficult to get seat in NITs. You can try in Private Engineering colleges which gives admissions through JEE Mains rank. In next attempt prepare well and work hard.
Tips to get good percentile:
1) You can concentrate on the topics which you missed in last attempt.
2) Give more importance to topics which has more weightage.
3) Avoid negative marking by answering only the questions you know answers properly.
4) Practice previous years question papers.
