With reference to your query,  I would glad to inform you that  at your rank you holds very low chances of getting admission in top government colleges like NITS or IITS . I would advise you to start preparing for next attempt if your aim is NIT or IIT and if you want to take admission this year only then look for GGSIPU delhi state university , you may get admission in lower colleges of GGSIPU which are semi-government
