My JEE mains AIR is 43123, can I get admission in any NIT? (Home state - Rajasthan)

Yes you can get admission in a NIT (Not the top ones though). I can't promise you CSE but you can get a seat in colleges like, NIT srinagar, NIT silchar etc.

However, fill the preferences as you want it to be as the counseling process can be very much unpredictable at times.

So, looking over the previous year's cutoff for the government engineering colleges in Rajasthan, you rank you can in jee mains which is 43123 is very high. Your chances to get any colleges in Rajasthan is negligible. You may look further for other private engineering colleges.
