Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release JEE Main 2018 cutoff for NIT Andhra Pradesh along with JEE Main result 2018. The All India Ranks and the category ranks of the candidates in JEE Main are considered the cutoff of JEE Main for NIT Andhra Pradesh. Admission to the candidates are offered as per the cutoff or closing rank. JEE Main cutoff for NIT Andhra Pradesh would be different for different branches of B.Tech and as per the categories of the candidates. The All India Ranks are used to allot seats to the candidates, while the category ranks are just for the information sake. Admissions to the candidates at NIT Andhra Pradesh will be offered as per this cutoff of JEE Main 2018. Therefore, in order to secure a seat in NIT AP, candidates must either secure a rank equal to or above the cutoff of JEE Main 2018 for NIT Andhra Pradesh.
