Hi.
I am answering your question based on CSAB Allocation Results of 2019, which may or may not be reliable but however can give you the idea.
Since you have not mentioned which NIT you wish to get into, I will provide this answer for top 3 NITs.
1. National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli
ECE closed for GEN-EWS (Other State Quota) at 6414
2. National Institute of Technology, Rourkela
ECE closed for GEN-EWS (Other State Quota) at 9691
3. National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal
ECE closed for GEN-EWS (Other State Quota) at 8748
ECE closed for OPEN Category (Other State Quota) at 5696
It looks like, unfortunately, it might not be possible for you take admission in TOP 3 NITs with your rank.
However, you can take admission in National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh with Home State Quota easily , because for NIT-AP the closed rank was 1,85,482 for a ST Candidate with Home State Quota.
If you need to compare further colleges you can refer to college predictor and also check the CSAB Closing Ranks for 2020 in this document :

As you have secured 7370 obc ncl rank in jee mains then there is no chance that you can get top nits with ece branch in whole josaa counseling.
Now with 7370 obc rank, I can assume that your Crl rank must be around 30000.
And with this much CRl rank, you will get ece branch in some nits though you will not get top nits.
Here are the some nits in which you can get ece branch with this mirch Crl rank in obc category during csab special round counseling :-
Nit agartala
Nit delhi
Nit goa
Nit hamirpur
Nit Meghalaya
Nit nagaland
Nit patna
And also many other nits but, getting nit andhra pradesh ece branch even with your home state quota will be quite difficult. And also you can't get the very top nits like nit trichy, nit allahabad or nit calicut, or nit warangal, etc with this much Crl rank
And also check out the following link to know more about csab special round counselling and the previous year cutoff Trends ( note that all the mentioned ranks are CRL rank not category wise ranks ) :-
