CSAB counselling is done for north east states and union territories to get admission into NIT campus. if you are from the above mentioned regions then you can participate in the process.
Your rank is 3 lakh which is over the closing cutoff even for general category. it is very hard to get NIT campus even for non technical branch. Based on your reservation rank, You can apply for top NIT campus for branch like EEE, ETC, civil engineering, mechanical engineering.
if you want to pursue CSE or ECE then it would be better to choose lower rank NIT campus.
it will be better to look out for government engineering college. There is a chance to get top branch if you have any reservation category. you can apply for government college located in your residential state and you can use home state quota.
