Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NIT or IIITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. So, according to your JEE Mains CRL rank, your chances of getting into NIT, GFTI is almost nil, because the cutoffs in these colleges are really tight, being the best colleges in the country after IITs, and there is a lot of competition as well, so with your rank, you dont have any chances. Even in the category rank, your chances are less , because competition is very high in categories as well. You can still try for the CSAB round, because you never know if you are lucky enough, you can get a seat with your rank.
