Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NIT or IIITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. With such a huge rank, it is hard for you to get a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Even in the CSAB spot round it would be hard to get a seat. If you belong to general category, then you have almost no chances.
If you belong to OBC, EWS, ST or SC or PwD category, then you might get some non core branches in the newer NITs like biomedical engineering, mining, mettalurgy, etc.
Please go for the CSAB spot round as you might get some seat. All the best
