my JEE MAINS JAN. 2020 percentile is 83.7 so according to this am I eligible for jee advance 2020 if I'm from OBC-NCL

Previous year cut offs were-
Cut off for General Category - 89.75
Cut off for EWS - 78.21
Cut off for OBC - 74.31
Cut off for SC - 54
Cut off for ST - 44
Cut off for PwD - 0
This year too the percentile would vary very much. So you will qualify for JEE advanced.

Yes you have very high chances so as to be eligible for Jee advanced this year. Last year the cutoff for OBC was around 74 Percentile,so as to be eligible for Jee advanced.
But since actual cutoff will come only after Jee main September exam,so wait for that and hope for the best;
