Sorry to say anjali, but basic necessity for appearing in the counselling is clearing the cutoff marks for respective category you're belonging to, since you haven't, you're not eligible for counselling processes.

Still you can go for private colleges.

OR you can take a drop year and reappear for exam with better preparation :-)
