Hello student.
89.77 percentile is a good one. But at the same time Indian Institutes of Technology and National Institutes of Technology are institutions which have higher competition. every year there will be many number of students applying for this college.
Here is how you can calculate rank:
JEE Main 2020 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X6,35,000 /100
where 6,35,000 are the number of people attended jee mains exam in the month of September.
So according to this, your rank is around 64,960
This is difficult to get through to IITs and NITs. I suggest you to apply for other colleges.
Here is a link you can check the colleges about:
Hello Aspirant,
According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India :-
