I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like sgsits or dav with computer science or information technology branch.
As computer science or IT is one of the core branches so they have high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.
For electrical engineering you might get admission into dav but not for sure in sgsits .
