my jee mains percentile is 90.2742 in SC category. which nit college i can get with mechanical engineering ?

As you have got 90.27 marks in JEE Mains, your rank might be close to around 1.3 Lakh. There is a very good chance to get into new NITs. But I wouldnt suggest joining these. You should go for good state engineering colleges instead.

But if your heart is set on NIT, then for reference following is the list of NITs where there is good chance for you to get admission:

NIT Mizoram

NIT Meghalaya

NIT Sikkim

NIT Puducherry

NIT Manipur

NIT Srinagar

NIT Arunachal Pradesh

NIT Agartala
