My jee mains percentiles is 71 which bihar engineering colleges I get.

Hi Saurabh, in my opinion, with this marks it will be very difficult for you to get any top government or even private college. In my opinion you should look for applying in private colleges separately.
I would suggest you to research about your different options and then decide what suits you best.
