You can not mention your category so the answer is based on assuming the category as general. So based on your rank and previous year trend their is very difficult to get CSE branch in any of the nit or iiit here you can get other branches rather than cse if you want cse than here I listed some state colleges where you can get CSE seat with this rank:-

According to previous year cutoffs and trends you cannot get into any college under JoSSA counseling as even in GFTIs the last round cutoffs for Computer Science and Engineering is around 41000 to 45000 but your rank is far from that range.Hence it would be impossible for you to get into any college under JoSSA.

But you can try your luck in CSAB special counseling for better chances.Or can choose any of the best private engineering college.
