My JEE Mains Rank is 11828 and BITSAT Score is 326. My preference is CSE or ECE. Please suggest the best college for me based on my score.

In the case of BITSAT with 326 marks, you can get all the branches in BITS Pilani except computer science and Electrical & Electronics Engineering branch. Whereas with the same score you can get all the branches in BITSAT Goa and Hyderabad.

Now the final choice will be yours whether you want to go with some NIT with some other branch or opt BITS Goa or Hyderabad with CSE branch.

You might get BITS-Goa and BITS-Hyderabad ECE and if you are very lucky and cutoffs drops, then even CSE is possible.
With mains ranks, You are eligible for quite a few NITs, and also all the IIITs, except IIIT hyderabad.
