Hi Ritesh,

both are a better option with regards to your ranks.

BITSAT - you can get any of campus with this marks but branch may vary.in Pilani(main) campus, you can get chemical, manufacture, civil etc. but you can not get main streams like CSE, mech etc.

JEE-main - with this your rank you can get a seat into any NITs/IIITs/GFTIs with the good branch. check it out cutoffs rankings of NITs/IIITs.

note - if you get the mainstream in campuses then choose that one. otherwise, you have another option.
