Ritesh getting a computer science in any of top NITs with your JEE Mains rank as 11828 will be really difficult. Getting into any of the NIT also depends on your home state quota because with 85% seats reserved for home state candidates make sit easier to take admission. But still I would say that if you are looking for admission in top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Surat, NIT Warangal, NIT Nagpur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Delhi, NIT Jaipur then even with your home state in any one of them it will be really difficult for you to get a Computer Science branch. Whereas in case of IIITs you have a very good chance of getting Computer science branch in almost all of the IIITs.

Congrats, You will get in few good NITs, also in all IIITs except IIIT-Hyderabad. NITs maybe a little harder, but if the cutoff falls this year, then you have a good chance.
