Hello Priya,

Based on your rank 12,261 in ST Category in jee mains, It is difficult to get a seat in jnu Delhi as the cutoff goes as follows:

1.CSE:2369(ST Category)

2.ECE:3693(ST Category)

So you Can try for other government or private colleges.
